The Gender and
Social Fund (GSF), supported by the Canadian International
Development Agency (CIDA), aims to promote increased, effective
and equitable participation of Jordanian women in the
development of their society. Accordingly, GSF announces its
request for proposals (RFP) for two of its three working
components:
Capacity
Enhancement (GSF/CB3-2009):
GSF invites interested networks, coalitions and unions working
on gender issues and women advancement to submit proposals that
will contribute
to enhancing their role and performance in promoting equality
between men and women. Proposals of up to JD 45,000 will be

Knowledge
Enhancement (GSF/KB3-2009):
GSF invites interested research oriented organizations and
centers to submit research proposals that relate either to
better understanding gender issues for men and boys or analyzing
and understanding the difference in impact of the current
economic crisis on women and men. Proposals of up to JD 40,000
will be considered. To download the
